Smart Plans has no affilition with any other building companies so you can be assured that the design will remain in your hands.
Although we have a selection ready made designs which can all be adapted to suit your own requirements you will find it much more rewarding to have a say in the design yourself. This may cost less than you expected and can be quite exciting. Because each site and/or council varies, ready made plans will always require further work on them to obtain a building consent.
If you have had difficulties with your local council or have need of expert advice to resolve non-consented work then talk to Smart Plans about preparing certificate of acceptance documentation.
You may already have had a (expensive) concept done and need someone to develop it into a building consent, or you maybe an architect that does not want to get into the technical stuff in either case we can probably help you with our draughting services. We employ Autodesk's Revit for our drawing work so unless you can provide us with a Revit drawing then some time may be necessary to convert the drawings to that format. After that has been done, though, the possibilities are incredible.
